Shipping Information

We currently deliver within Amman, Jordan. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation.

• Standard Delivery: 2-4 business days within Amman
• Shipping Cost: 5 JOD flat rate
• Free shipping on orders over 150 JOD

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• CliQ on Delivery - You'll receive a payment request at delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Ard & Thread pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Original packaging is preferred but not required

How to Return:

1. Contact us via Instagram @ardandthread or email to initiate a return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions
3. Pack your items securely
4. We'll arrange pickup or provide a return address
5. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. Exchanges are subject to availability.
